I’m having a really hard time understanding my country right now. I’m seeing an overwhelming amount of apathy, laced with immaturity, on a level that is unbearable.
Democrats, Republicans, and every other bastard in Washington (minus a few like Kucinich, Paul, Sanders) do not give a single shit…
A 2008 survey by Trinity College estimated there are about 25,000 committed Scientologists in the United States. As the study’s authors admit, their estimate could be off target. But even if the number of Scientologists were twice as large, Scientology would still be the smallest religion…
New Ways to Help the Homeless
We have so many thumb drives/ usb sticks lying around and for a homeless person they are the difference between survival and death.
With these they can carry their Resumes, important documents and photos.
I personally know how important technology is to the homeless, without my laptop that was given as a gift I wouldn’t be here.I couldn’t blog, find places to stay and reach out for help when I needed it.
Technology is powerful and to deny those who need it most is shameful, because we feel they have misplaced priorities.
Here is what you can do:
- Hand out your unused drives when you see a homeless person
- Start a “Thumbs Up Drive” for your local shelter or homeless services
- Mail the drives to make sure they are handed out

“I’ve heard Republican pundits say that they are the party of morality. What’s moral about letting people starve to death because they lose their job? What’s moral about letting someone die because the hospital won’t treat them without insurance? What’s moral about cutting funding for our policemen, firefighters, and teachers, so you can give a tax cut to a billionaire?” - Cynthia R. Yildirim

Thank you to all you sexy people who follow me, I know writing and posting photos about the homeless isn’t popular or cool so I appreciate every reblog or like I really do because when I started this blog it was just to add to my main blog and the fact actual human beings engage with me.
Anyway I will be posting more, not just photos but all range of things.
Also I think you should get to know me better (in you like), I used to be homeless and now I’m not, I am 21 years old and I absolutely love cheese. :)
